Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or tags

Please note:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

  • For hygiene reasons, earbuds and headphones may only be returned if unopened and sealed, unless defective.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact our support team at Contact Page with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us at contact page and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used headphones and earbuds (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked as final sale
