Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or tags

Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, earbuds and headphones may only be returned if unopened and sealed, unless defective.
How to Start a Return:

Contact our support team at Contact Page with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us at contact page and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:
